Cancellations: Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking start time can be cancelled without a fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full room fee.

Room Changes: Cancellations can be re-booked at the same time in any room without incurring a cancellation fee.
